We at Kisha want our valued customers to have a worry-free experience with their Kisha umbrellas. That is why we offer a one-year warranty on our umbrellas and the chip. In the unlikely event of a chip failure, we will promptly send a replacement beacon. If there is any mechanical failure or a manufacturing defect of the umbrella within the warranty period, we will send a replacement umbrella to make sure our customers have their Kishas in perfect working conditions and are fully satisfied.
